This 1h20 session takes place at Relaxation Montréal, located at 2176 Cuvillier Street, just a short walk from Joliette Metro Station. Arriving 10 minutes early is a a great way to take a moment to center yourself and leave behind the busyness of everyday life before we start. All necessary materials, including cushions, blankets, and mats, are provided on-site.
